Interpreter Title Format/ Date Label

4 Walls S.T. DVD-R (2006) La Huit
"A psychedelic journey into the world of 4 Walls. Their music is almost indescribable. Both precise and crazy, chaotic and parametric, it is an extremely energetic sound poetry." (La Huit) DVD-R // 51:00 mins.

A Spirale Come Una Lastra CD (2004) Lizard
"Here, the Classical academic music-related chamber Rock, RIO, a dark Techno Metal and some atypical features are all blended into the unique whole. Some traces of folk music of an uncertain origin are nearly on each track, but they are obscure, with the aforementioned Addensantesi being the only exception in this respect. Out of the Blue and Tutto si Versa Fuori are less heavier than the others, while Mojave, Giappone, 31 Salvitutti and Shitting Everywhere have some absolutely killer guitar riffing, which I really didn't expect to work so well with violin and clarinet. On a structural level, it's something like Henry Cow's "Western Culture" meets "Into the Pandemonium" by Celtic Frost or Finnegan's Wake at their heaviest, but with even harsher and faster arrangements. The music is often wildly eclectic and intensive, especially when moving through a barrage of twisted and frenzied key changes." (VM: October 6, 2004 - Progressor) CD // 8 tracks // 39:27 mins.

Alva Noto Unitxt CD (2008) Raster-Noton

Alva Noto Unitxt 2LP (2008) Raster-Noton

Christblood Nocturnus CD (2000) Face Production
Christblood works in the fields of ritual soundscapes of a very dark matter. Experimental textures of voice parts are underlined by subtil synth and sampler sounds, loops and bells. CD // 8 tracks // 47:56 mins

Coh/Cosey Fanni Tutti Coh Plays Cosey CD (2008) Raster-Noton

Curgenven, Robert Silent Landscapes CDR (2008) Recorded Fields
"Silent Landscapes, the first volume in Recorded Fields' “Field Recording Series”, reveals four crisp, meticulously layered vignettes composed from field recordings made throughout Australia. Somewhere between beauty and brutality, the restrained fury of this landscape becomes quietly perceptible upon the threshold of silence; creating an intense exploration of uncharted territories at the edge of human experience. This country, given voice through one of the world‘s oldest living cultures, can unexpectedly raise its whisper to a storm of sound for those with patience enough to wait and listen." (Recorded Fields) CDR // 4 tracks // 42:34 mins. // coloured heavy paper cover in plastic sleeve.

Curgenven, Robert/Howden, Chris Alice Springs, Central Australia CDR (2007) Recorded Fields "Sound Atlas Series: the project's recording stage began in Alice Springs in Australia's Northern Territory following an invitation to Curgenven and Howden to realise a project for "Shifting Ground/Art Land Culture", a series of events running 3-18 May, 2007 designed to produce engagement with the arid landscapes of Central Australia. Through the creative partnership of sound artist (Robert Curgenven) and statistician/ecologist (Chris Howden), additional data collected with the recordings was used to form a relational field/matrix in an effort to draw out latent connections between places/environments and their second order manifestations." (Recorded Fields) CDR // 5 tracks // 42:27 mins. // coloured heavy paper cover in plastic sleeve.

Fiebig, Gerald Public Transport. Musique Anecdotique In Memoriam Luc Ferrari 3"MINICDR (2008) Fieldmuzick
"In homage to Ferrari, this piece refers to his practice of “Musique anecdotique”: everyday sounds recorded within a given period of time are examined in order to realise their musical potential, while the chance encounter of fragments of dialogue might start narratives in the listener's imagination without ever spelling them out. Field recording: 10 December, 2005 in Augsburg, Munich, and on a train from Augsburg to Munich Guitar improvisations recorded 1st January, 2006 Produced 27 December, 2005 to 3rd January, 2006 Recorded, edited and produced by Gerald Fiebig Guitar improvisations by Mathias Huber Cover photography by Gerald Fiebig." Garamond Quant'altro CD (2007) Lizard
Recorded between 2001 and 2005 "Quant'altro" presents the finest form of progressive/chamber rock. Classical elements are combined with avant and jazz rock structures, evoking the cool RIO sound added by modern elements, burlesque parts of wild sax tunes or strange synth melodies. CD // 9 tracks // 52:43 mins.

Imagin'aria Esperia CD (2000) Lizard
"Third album coming back to typical progressive sonorities with the most important keyboards presence from the beginning. Some acoustic folk tracks rimind the first album, little gems between a dynamic and melodic heavy-prog sound, with double guitars and good vocals interpretations. An excellent modern way for italian prog-rock tradition." (Lizard) CD // 12 tracks // 51:06 mins.

Inire Septem Sermones Ad Mortuos DVD (2008) Netcetera
That audivisual performance was inspired with the treatise 'Septem Sermones ad Mortuos' by C.G. Jung - a deeply gnostic text, which had emerged in 1916 as a result of three - day lasting, hectic Jung's recording own thoughs and ideas, arising in so-called pre-surrealistic flow of consciousness. Studio album, originally released in 1977. "This is one of more obscure release of Italian Prog. And one of the more couriouses. The artists involved in the vocal parts are all today well-known (Rosalino Cellamare with the name of Ron and Claudio lolli for the 7o's revival). The music is a mix between Psychedelia, Prog (Non Symphonic Prog), Avant Garde, Jazz and in some points it isn't connected between the varied parts. nevertheless it is listenned to all of a breath because the arrengements, the productions and the sound remedy to the lacks." Logoplasm Kane-i-kokala 3"MINICDR (2008) Fieldmuzick
"Laura Lovreglio and Paolo Ippoliti compose a very dense and intense track which transfer you to their daily life and space. 1 exciting field recording composition Recorded in Ariccia, Nemi, Anzio, three steps away from our place in 2007 and using mostly water, so that you could feel as if you were sailing, maybe stranded and lost offshore. Smith, Wadada Leo/Golden Quartet Eclipse DVD (2007) La Huit
"Filmed in black and white by handled cameras on stage very close from the musicians, Eclipse is both a modern (frames and editing) and a classical look (black and white) on a music which, from blues to so called free jazz, claims simultaneously creativity and history, structure and free improvisation. All those assumed contradictions are giving an energy and a rare beauty to the music of wadada leo smith's golden quartet." (La Huit) DVD // 84:00 mins.

Yoshihide, Otomo Music(s) 2XDVD-R (2006) La Huit
"Music(s) is the intimist portrait of Japanese composer Otomo Yoshihide. In 1990, he founded the mythic group “Ground Zero” produced by John Zorn, and is one of the major players on the current Japanese scene. An adept of free jazz and noisy music, he travels around the globe with his various jazz ensembles as well as solo on guitar or with his astonishing turn tables. This double DVD presents a talented artist through the film Music(s) and lengthy excerpts of concerts filmed in Japan and France. O. Zita Ensemble Quintet Sessions CD (2007) Lizard
Very strange thing connecting psychedelia tabla drone sounds with deep and slow rolling dub beats, providing dark and powerful sounds. E-guitar, drums, a bass playing reminiscent to early Clock DVA or some Psychic TV tunes, electronics were used for long space rock tracks in the vein of Can with a touch of Portishead maybe..!? CD // 20 tracks // 73:48 mins.
